Shipping

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

• European Union – 15 eur (5-10 business days after your order is being processed).

• Romania – 5 eur (1-2 business days after your order is being processed).

The cost of shipping is not included in the product price and will be added at Checkout.

Returns

You can send the product back within 30 days from the date it reached you. You do not have to have a specific reason.

Write us an email before you ship it back. When we receive the package and check its contents, we will refund the full amount. You will have to pay for the delivery and the product must be as you received it.
